John K. Bryan focuses his practice on general liability, auto law, premises liability, product liability, commercial and insurance law. John has practiced law continually since 1991, with his time split between plaintiff and defense work. John has engaged in civil litigation in the areas of general and premises liability, auto liability, products liability, commercial and insurance law. He has very extensive jury trial experience and has also engaged in many UM/UIM matters, judicial arbitrations, non-jury trials and mediations.

John grew up in Somerset, Pennsylvania, but has lived in Pittsburgh since 1983. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and also has a Master’s degree from Pitt’s Graduate School of Public & International Affairs. He was awarded academic fellowships both for law school and graduate school. He is a winner of the American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing.

In addition to the foregoing, he has provided seminars to firm associates and clients, and has served as faculty for bar-sponsored continuing legal education. He is also designated as an Early Neutral Evaluator for the Western District of Pennsylvania federal court.
